One of the biggest problems I encounter with online shopping is when the item arrives I notice the packaging information differs from the website. It might seem insignificant to some consumers but when you have allergies and a vital piece of information is missing, it can be money down the drain. Unfortunately, on a few occasions Love Lula has let me down in this very way and it happened again with the Skin & Tonic Coco Mask. I spotted on the bottle three allergens which are not listed on the website (I also check S&T site and it's not noted there either). Allergens only have to be listed when they are at a certain percentage within the formulation so I just assumed it was irrelevant due to the the nature of the product. Cosmetic laws requires labelling of 26 fragrance allergens but I don't think that stretches to websites.
